So people can know that post is nsfw or not in mobile version

More explanation:

When I'm using the mobile version, I encounter a NSFW post on a user's profile. Currently, when I click on that post, I have to scroll down to determine if the post is NSFW or not. Instead, I would prefer to have a clear indication at the top of the post, so I can immediately know if it contains NSFW content or not

In the mobile version it has the Words NSFW on the bottom left of the meme

I think he meant it should be at the top so he doesn’t have to accidentally see lewd images had he turned the NSFW option on expecting only profanity.

Most NSFW posts on the site are just from profanity.
