In his early 20s, Xander met Rea, his first wife, they met while Rea was on the run from the Prince of Betelgeuse, Rea just happened to end up in the Inkverse whilst teleporting away.
Rea brought Xander to her homeland the kingdom of Andromeda via teleportation, where they had two Children, Kenshin, the firstborn, and Cataclysma.
When Kenshin was a year old, Rea fell ill from a rare illness, and Xander set out to find the most important yet rare ingredient in the cure, a type of mushroom.
The mushrooms were guarded by a samurai of Inkla descent, after some negotiation the samurai gave Xander a mushroom.
But when the cure was given to Rea it did the exact opposite of what it was supposed to do, Rea died instantly.
Enraged, Xander set out to find and take revenge on the samurai, with a young Kenshin secretly following Xander.

When Xander found the samurai, they fought, and Kenshin was watching, Xander got extremely injured and just before the samurai could deliver the killing blow Xander saw Kenshin’s scared face out of the corner of his eye, and Xander somehow teleported away, just before the samurai could kill him.
Xander somehow ended up back in the Inkverse, he was extremely worried that the samurai had found Kenshin and killed him, but he noticed something missing, his helmet and the Murasama, they have been left behind in Andromeda when he teleported back to the Inkverse.
Xander became broken. Until he met a certain someone, Kinyani.
Meanwhile The Samurai spared Kenshin, knowing that he is the very young son of the Princess of Andromeda he gave Kenshin Xander’s helmet and took the Murasama, the samurai told Kenshin to kill him(the samurai) when the time comes.

18 years pass.
Xander is legally dead in Andromeda as he was never found, the Goddess who created Andromeda forged a replica of the Murasama in the style of the Pearlescent Rainbow, a legendary blade that Rea once wielded, The Goddess gave the blade to Xander’s son Kenshin, there are also two Giant Statues of Xander and area made in their honor in Andromeda.
Kenshin is now a grown man with plenty of experience with sword fighting, he eventually beat the samurai in battle and killed him, which meant the Murasama was now his. Cataclysma is a adult now too, inheriting many of her mother’s things such as her mage staff and her blade, the Pearlescent Rainbow.
Xander is now married to Kinyani and is doing well, he forged a new Murasama and helm, and was able to move on from the death of his first wife and what he thought was his eldest son’s death.
