Give him a Brodie helmet and have Molotov cocktails on him somewhere. Perhaps burn marks somewhere on his body.

His hands are flamethrowers that were attached in a lousy manner, with blood stains on them which show that he went through the process on cutting his own hands off then doing some shit to attach them.

Or...maybe one hand could be a sort of makeshift napalm launcher while the other is a flame thrower.
