That's not true. Here in the UK, not everyone in prison is even legally guilty of a crime, some are remanded pre-trial.

I didn't say that. Whilst you can reduce your chances of ending up in prison by not commiting crimes, that doesn't guarantee that she won't end up in prison. She could end up getting falsely accused of something she didn't do, get remanded into custody (which means prison in the UK), then acquitted after a trial because she didn't do anything wrong, or the Prosecution couldn't prove it.

Why? If a transwoman has had HRT and her p**is removed then where is the risk? Having had HRT she'll be as weak as a ciswoman.
