INSANITY; These people do not care about their surroundings as they would already lost their minds(hence the name), They do not trust anybody and would usually be paranoid to having hallucinations, constant fear, hysteria and exaggerations, they most likely have been abused, experienced multiple violent events and will hurt anyone who comes close to their space, There are many examples for this, but the example to this is Mao Zedong.
