If the moderator just selects "other," then the disapproval note will just say "your image was unfeatured"
Sometimes the approval is automatic, but disapprovals are never automatic
And don't try to tell me I'm lying or don't understand, I've been moderating some of the most active and popular streams on the site for a really long time

Ok first of all welcome to Imgflip. Second of all, you can create streams yourself and choose the Moderators for the stream you created. Theses moderators can disapprove an image. Like I told you before go to the drawings stream and post your drawing there it only takes a long time because the mods are inactive
