I wouldn't worry too much if it's never happened before or you have a family history of heart problems. Still get it checked out.

My family does have a mild history of heart problems. Never happened to me before tho

It traces way beck and its still scatterd along some parts of the family tree

You should probably get it checked out by your doctor, especially if it looks like a type of pattern in your family tree (e.g, every 3rd generation has heart problems)

I managed to keep the big part of the heart attack from happening with chest compressions. Although my heart still hurts a bit

It'll hurt, especially after compressions. It's better than dying from a heart attack though.
