chlorine in an open laceration can lead to unbearable pain , and so a result is violent fits in the limbs .

That’s true. I got a cut on my hand (pretty sizable) and then got chlorine in it. Worst mistake of my life.

unconsensual contact with a dying child can be settled in court , the charges are pressed by the guardians , not the court system , its in your favour .
