Austin: Not completely, depends where you live. You can live in the city I was named after, you can live in Houston, you can live in the middle of the desert! The only downside is if you hate guns, you hate it here. And also Oklahoma, but they arent hated by us as much as it seems.

It's not always that cold though. Average is about 25, but it can still go down to about negative 20. Not that cold.
