actually no im just using an program called Windows Error Message Creator v1.40.32 (x64) its very easy to use

i made mine (see unofficial_dankpods) with a .vbs file but ill use it if it allows custom icons and custom options

bc the program was released from 2017 so it works for all windows only xp idk if that works or not
