USSR: All correct, but you forgot Moldova and Belarus

Neutral (Oh boy): Switzerland is obviously correct, Sweden too. (Even if Sweden planned to join the war) Mexico, however, was not neutral. It joined the war in 1942. Same thing with Brazil, joining the same year. Chile joined many other Latin countries, later on, to declare war on Germany, Japan, and Italy
