Context: This ciphertext message mainly started because there was a Pibby easter egg that people noticed in the chat and pointed out while premiering. Either Jake works for the Pibby team, or is just doing this for his fanmade Pibby version, /PIBBY.
I’m still wondering if /PIBBY is canon to the Pibby in the actual series and he isn’t talking about it.

Context/Theory: So, What I’m guessing is that STATIC is some sort of robot talking with whoever is on the other side, and is the one that speaks in all caps.
I’m not sure whoever is on the other side, but I think it might be either a random Pibby fan, or an alternate Jake from a different reality.
These are my assumptions, you can build your own theory on this.
