Pretty sure it’s fine. I’ve had sodas in a cooler for similar amounts of time and the drink was fine.

Yeah only concerns are
1: it was outside for a week or something when its hot asf outside
2: it got way darker than normal, literally darker than my black dog

If you’re that concerned, but wanna drink it, take tiny sips to see if it’s ok.
And was the cooler still cold, or at least chilly?

the water bottles were chilly to the touch but the cola bottle felt room temperature
and how would tasting it help me determine if it's okay to drink or not
After being left outside in a drink cooler for a few days up to possibly a week I dunno my diet coke turned dark like really dark like darker than my black dog is it still safe to drink
