The thingy “Á” means something like “to be” and it goes before the noun. Further context goes after

Ex. “Á en kán” - It is the man

“Á en kán hačec dišašerem” - The man is like a woman

Oh yeah, cases. We add -em to the end of feminine nouns when it is the object

Unless it ends in a vowel, then the last vowel is removed and replaced with “œm” or “ēm”, writer’s choice

Masculine nouns do not change, because men are never objects.

There are two genders in MSMGian, masculine and feminine, as it should be.

Theres no real way to tell, except that words ending in vowels are always feminine. Not all feminine words end with vowels.

“En” is the masculine definite article (the) and “Āl” section is the feminine definite. Ex.

“En kán” - The man
“Āl dišašer” - The woman

First of note is that there is no standard spoken/verbal variety. Since we’re a website and therefore we have no need for verbal communication, this is a text only language. That being said, it should be fairly easy to pronounce if you really wanted to try to. This is the consonant inventory, all of these sounds are common in English.
