What I did was I wrote a note coming out to (my parents) then went to church camp in Florida for five days :D

But in your situation, idk.. be honest, explain the situation thoroughly, and hope for the best.

I did some research and prob wont be arrested

but idk because hate crime laws are hella ambiguous.
