How it works: You summon retinazer reborn by using "Railgun Eye...?" at night. It starts in second form and looks like retinazer but with rings around his laser cannon, a blue laser, two rockets, and various signs of wear. He will say: "You killed my brother! Now you will pay!" and he will charge at you 10 times very fast.
Attacks:
1. Charges at you 5 times slowly
2. Charges at you 10 times very fast
3. Goes above you and spams lazers at you
4. Summons 3 Eye Probes, which shoot slow lasers
5. Charge up and shoot a deathray lazer beam
6. Malfunction and spin violently, spamming many lazers
He will twitch and shoot out damaging sparks throughout the whole fight

I feel like I should make the Spasmatism Reborn

The whole point is that retinazers brother was killed by the player and retinazer gets revenge

But you can if you want, and make it the other way round
