Music Better Back Then

Floyd, Zeppelin, Rush, Skynrd, Ozzie, Hendrix, just all of them. 💗

Me too. I'm old enough and lucky to have caught some of the greats- Floyd, Ozzy, the Stones, the Who...But I missed out on Rush and Zeppelin. Though I did see the Jimi Page/Robert Plant tour! Yes, I think music in the 70's and 80's was the best!😎👍

I am envious. Going to concerts is something I wish my husband and I had done... on the list of life's regrets. We were always too "busy" working. ☹️ He was the one who introduced me to Floyd and Rush... also Stevie Ray Vaughan, ZZ Top, Rush, Tom Petty. He had really great taste in music. His tastes evolved tho, over the years. He went from CCR and John Denver (favs at 19) to ZZ Top. Although we did not go to concerts, we still had a blast of a life for 46 years.💗

Wow, 46 years! Congratulations! The wife and I have only been married for 16. Though most of my concerts I saw when I was young and single. We've seen a few together, but of course it's not a priority when you're raising a family. My tastes have also evolved from classic rock and metal into more Christian music now. But nothing compares to those years when rock and metal was new.😁
