CC (Charles Cornelius) Pendel is a demon. He was born on Earth in the early 1920's in Italy. He moved to America after killing a man, the killed another man who was a Army Intelligence Officer. CC took over that guys life, and was sent to infiltrate the Waffen-SS and discover their motives. WW2 breaks out a few months later, and he spends the war fighting (even though he wants to desert) as an officer for the Not Z's. After the war, he escapes back to America, joins the mob, takes over his family, and is brutally murdered in the 1960's by a rival mob family. He goes to Hell (obviously) and starts a gunrunning business, which is what he does to this day.
