DEI must DIE

DEI NEEDS TO DIE; DIVERSITY IS WEAKNESS, UNITY IS STRENGTH. EQUITY LEADS TO MEDIOCRITY. EQUALITY LEADS TO EXCELLENCE. INCLUSION TO SOME MEANS EXCLUSION TO OTHERS. Dont. Just Don't. Hire the best you can afford. Treat them well. Insist they treat each other and the customer well. And ultimately train them and expect them to be Exceptional. Bruce C Linder
