Regular Magisteel ability reduction has been decreased that it only reduces 5% of any ability or magic use attack. Reinforced Magisteel has a 0.1% chance to nullify any abilities but non nullification hits only resist 20% of the strike. Magisteel ore is only acquired from the shattered moon of planet Kata in the inkverse but it must be mined out carefully to not cause any explosions. MAGISTEEL WILL NOT BE USED FOR GENOCIDE. ANY USE OF MAGISTEEL FOR GENOCIDE GETS USES OF IT CONFISCATED. Phantasmal lasers and swords outright penetrate Magisteel and Reinforced magisteel armors. Phasular lasers and swords damage Magisteel toughly but not as much damage for reinforced Magisteel.
