For years, my elementary teachers had told me that I would never be good at singing, and I believed them, even though it was my passion. This is part of the cause of my "Bubble Period" where I shut out the world and only had my best friend at my side. In 2022, I decided to give it a whirl, and that's whenever my mentor went to work on me. I've been invited to go to Nationals twice by that same competition, and I won 3rd in a statewide competition. All of this to say, there's teachers who guide you and make you stronger, and teachers who are the complete opposite. You just need to live your life however you want to, don't listen to the idiotic teachers who put you down.
