okay SOOO!!! one day, on memorial day 2023, everyone's mom (who was really one person) gave a speech. ofc not many people read it, and im just assuming at this point that people besides me read it. but onto the story! i’ll just read the speech for you guys its so silly goofy fr. also some parts are lowkey controversial soooo have fun!!!

hi everyone. yall probably know this as i have addressed this in march but in case you didn’t know, i am leaving. and it isnt one of those goofy little breaks i take because i dont have access to electronics i can go to this site on. this time it’s because i want to take a break, except that isnt really a break. if it is, its gonna be a pretty long one. i kinda wanna leave. at least until im 18 (which isnt that far away! i’ll be 18 by 2026). some of you guys like my storytimes so im trying to make this into a storytime too since i’ve gotten a couple requests for more storytimes. This one is kind of my imgflip story, because not only did yall ask for storytimes but also asked for imgflip stories. i first joined when i was just 11 years old, almost 12. late 2019. it was just so exciting! i thought memes from here were so funny at the time. *slanders* not like the memes here are funny now. i even downloaded a couple gifs. finally decided to make an account. i was def what some of you would call a “snowflake”. and not the white tutu people in nutcracker. i was SO sensitive. literally someone said the smallest hateful thing to me and i deleted my account!

however i did make one friend on that account. his username is still what it was: GamerDragon. btw if he ever stumbles across this, hi gamerdragon i miss you. okay so after the new year, a few weeks passed. unfortunately this new addiction really got to me. my first social media account!!! so i created a new account. my plan was to delete every now and then. I remembered an old meme i saw on my other account and it said something like how if your name was anonymous no one would know you deleted or something. so i got inspired by that and decided that since this was a temporary account, i would be mad silly and a little goofy (and quite devious if you will) by making my username anonymously.deleted. PAY ATTENTION PEOPLE WHO ALWAYS ASK ME WHY MY USERNAME IS THAT. PAY ATTENTION SO NO ONE ASKS ME AGAIN. not that i’ll answer lol. anyways. my thought was that if i eventually deleted in a month or so, no one would know the difference. Idk it was a dark time for me *shudders* and anyways i recently found these old comments of mine, some of the first comments i made on this account. I was reaching out to gamerdragon again, referring to him as “friend” and asking if he remembered me? which he did! he was really supportive, upvoting and commenting on all my memes. modded all my new user streams.

The trooper brothers had a big stream, one of them was Trooper06. He and I were pretty good friends for some weird reason. He felt he could trust me enough to tell me he lived in Japan or something and then he face revealed for me?? And then he allegedly committed suicide (later when Trooper05 revealed to be Lora he came back but im not sure if that was actually him because he talked/typed way different and seemed to not have remmebered me at all)

A few weeks or months later I eventually joined the imgflip family stream. There I was adopted by Kate and Thparky, and I had two siblings who genuinely cared about me as individuals. I met my second imgflip best friend, Nicø (anyone remember her?), who was known as COOLISH at the time. Together we founded the IMGshipping stream (BAD MOVE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!) and I was shipped with some 11 year old creep (I will spare the details because I did a storytime on this, my only imgflip storytime, before so you can just click on the storytime tag for this stream, which i may link in the comments, and you’ll find it eventually if you want further information I just want to make this huge speech shorter)

Yes, I was the first ship in that stream. Nico was the second, and she was shipped with who would be my third best friend here, Mikey. nico and mikey had a daughter, pandacornalmegagirl. she also got shipped with this guy named lucidum_hydra. They were planning on getting “married” which was going to become a huge thing in the imgflip family stream. I am pretty sure I officiated that wedding, and basically i officiated a bunch of “weddings” after that. I was owner of that stream at one point but *ahem* DANIEL had to remove my owner for some weird reason (dw i have nothing against him). But that was way later. Anyways. So after that the weird 11 y/o and i got “married” blah blah blah. Then one day a user named pirate_melon_ and Captain_Scar commented on one of my drawings (really bad btw. i literally drew it in khan academy in class because i was bored and liked the colors) and they were talking about how they were getting married and stuff. So then i married them off i guess. (i dont think they actually liked each other in t h a t way so dont come at scar lmao apparently melon “caught the bouquet” at a “wedding” and scar “proposed” so maybe it was for the sillies) later 11 year old creep guy (killa) took a “break” so basically we “divorced” then.

msmg was created in february 2020 by a user named MS_memer_group, later known as spire. Many might think it was created earlier or later. If you thought later, it was probably because before it was a small community with about 10-15 people in it, but later slowly grew over the summer.

meanwhile i lowkey grew big in the middle-school stream. It was kinda like msmg i guess, though msmg had just existed at the time as well, but more people were in middle-school and there were only like 15 people in msmg. I didnt really want to go there because since i grew big i had this group of haters and they ALL hung out there lmao. so anyways IM SORRY GUYS. I GOT ON FRONT PAGE ON FUN. MULTIPLE TIMES. IM SO SORRY!!! And then everyone was “legend calling” which is basically going up to any “popular” user and trying to convince them theyre a “legend” like bruh. Anyways so i forgot to mention my kids at the time! The imgflip family was small enough to literally make a family tree on this family tree making website. The now spooky and the now denki are my first children fr. Actually idk who was my first kid but im pretty sure it was spooky.

So spooky created the Anonymouslydeleted stream and i posted some stuff in there. I began to become even more obsessed with hamilton than i ever was before. It was really, really cringy. I also began this huge lizard phase. LIKE OKAY LIZARDS ARE ADORABLE DONT GET ME WRONG but i DEFINITELY overdid it. I couldnt even talk without talking through a lizard template in the comments it was literally so bad. Maybe in sake of old times i will put a lizard music playing template somewhere in this image or something idk because im currently writing this like two months before im leaving (this is a really really long speech sooooo and i want to not just tell mine but many others like a little history book because im leaving with all these memories so might as well write them all out but it takes time for me to remember) also middle-school was obsessed with furret because scar was obsessed with it. This might have actually contributed to my del talk later on lmao.

So then during the summer something really sad happened. melon left!!! And then we all kinda shifted to msmg. Also we had this weird private image with three of my friends, nico, mikey, and trainwatcher. They all decided to have intercourse with waffles and then things got out of hand and one of them decided to make a waffle r@pe me and i got pregnant with four waffle babies and then i gave birth like a day later to theodosia, michelle, elise, and phillipa. Nico also had a waffle son named moikey or something idk i think she named it after mikey lol. a week or two later mikey literally decided to do the same thing to m e for a whole entire week for the sillies the giggles and the laughs even though it WASNT FUNNY AND I KEPT TELLING HIM TO STOP but its fine bc he was my bestie and then cayde did the exact same thing but he k n e w what he was doing because he specifically said he was going to r@pe me. Im not even joking here i quote: “yup i just have to r@pe you” and then my guy fr grunted through roleplay. like hello? Also keep in mind i was really weak at the time, being del did later strengthen me to find the strength to tell people to stop or to block them or something (even though i dont usually block people) but these people were my friends at the time and i felt like being serious and telling them to actually cease these activities would not be appropriate since they didnt mean it or anything.

I mean theres a lot of drama with cayde in early 2020 i was actually his “daughter in law” and his “wife” was That_baseball_girl and he kept cheating on her (even flirted with me then and even his “daughter” who was nico) so i was already off the edge with this guy. Like, i didnt like him at all.

This was also the time of the antitiktok phase the entirety of imgflip had. For some reason everyone hated it and in like february 2020 my mom said i could get tiktok (but i didnt) so i said that one time and one of my haters screenshotted it and made it a template so they could blackmail me later. And then the antitiktokers or something bullied a girl named CookieUwU_memer and she ended up leaving which ignited the cookieuwumemer war. This is where i met a very good friend, asdfperson (he had numbers in his name but i forgot it) but tbh if you still actively hate on tiktok on here you are cringe on gregory fr.

the presidents stream was a stream where it was kinda like a government. people ran for president and stuff like that. it wasnt really the political mess it is today, well it wasn’t that serious. puppylover04 was the first president, and she was a great one too! she assessed problems and solved them. she was really nice so she made a good president, and was put on the “1 dollar bill”. i ran for president for the next time because someone told me i should, so i did it for fun. I think my biggest competitor was nico and trainwatcher, which made a powerful team. They were probably more serious than i was, which is why i wonder how could i make such a big mistake: when voting came, i made the terrible decision of voting for myself. i only did it because there were only a couple of votes for me at the time. But little did i know that i would WIN. AND NICO VOTED FOR ME TOO!! I thought about voting for them but idk. Idk what happened. I wasnt really that great a president either lol. im glad i cant actually become president irl in the US at least (i think i cant if i was born in another country) except when i was little i “wanted” to (didnt most people at some point?) so i wrote a letter to dear highlights (if anyone remembers that magazine and that section) and then two years after i sent them it they literally put it in the magazine but i didnt want to become president anymore so oops! Actually around this time it might have been published then

So anyways then came about like august or september 2020. I decided that i didnt want to use this sparkle template i always used (WHO REMEMBERS THAT OMG I EVEN USED IT FOR FACE REVEALS) so instead i made the simplest template ever: the white del announcement template. The goal was to make it look like it was a feature of the site, and since dark mode didn’t exist at the time (unless you got a google chrome extension that makes everything dark anyways) it fit right in because on light mode all the backgrounds of the post part of the page in a stream is white. That totally blew up. Everyone wanted to make one, and everyone wanted to know h o w i made one. So i made a couple for people. And then herman_the_hermit_crab immediately started making custom announcement templates, which had custom backgrounds as well. This totally ruined the purpose of why i made announcement templates in the first place, and i tried to preserve that and when dark mode was invented i even made a dark mode version. I basically wanted to show everyone the simplicity of what the announcement template was supposed to look like. However over time everyone was getting the custom background custom pfp custom everything announcement templates. People were even starting to make discord announcement templates, and eventually more features were added on, like quotes and “listening to” and “mood”. I was shocked at how much it blew up, and in 2022 everyone started making fun of me because i had never gotten a new template over the years and it was the same two templates every day: light mode template in the daytime, dark mode template at night. So I made some more templates, and eventually embraced the custom look. Now im even making custom announcement templates for people, I’ve made many people’s templates. So yes, I invented announcement templates and thats one of my biggest imgflip flexes because like everyone uses them lol. But sometimes i wonder who would have invented them if I didnt because i feel like it probably would have been invented at some point in time anyways lmao

So then i joined msmg. I was also an owner, because this was before the owner limit and everyone in the stream was an owner. However, someone started typing very explicit fanfictions of church (MemoriesofChurch) and ray (GirlofRays) in the description, which ruined everything and then the community was like WHO DID IT and everyones owner was taken away which was very responsible 👍. ray allegedly had a bunch of mental disorders and couldn’t see the bottom half of her face without being traumatized so she just sent pictures of her eyes for face reveals (but her eyes were really pretty). One day she disappeared for 19 hours after saying she would kill herself while in a mental hospital. She came back and said she stabbed herself with scissors in the wrong side of her chest. Eevryone was like “omg dont do that again!” meanwhile i was doing this thing where i would draw imgflippers in this kawaii way (like old del announcement temp pfp way) and she also did that in a different style and basically made announcement templates and ocs for people. Little did i know but i found out later IT WAS A PICREW!!! SHE LITERALLY USED A PICREW AND SAID SHE DREW IT!!!!

Late 2020, everyone was super depressed. And did i mention suicidal? But like, it was lowkey fake. Like a bunch of people were actually faking being depressed for attention. Which wasnt really great because coincidentally this is around the time i was going through a really bad place in life, my misophonia got worse and my mom was starting to be way more harsh towards me and my grandma was starting to get sick and i got severe anxiety and i was prescribed antidepressants.

So because of my anxiety i was always worried everyone would think i was faking my feelings. anyways. every now and then someone would come online just to announce they were gonna off themselves and the ENTIRE STREAM I KID YOU NOT would comment “IM GONNA KMS TOO” so everyone would form like suicide pacts or something. It got so bad that one day i actually went on the suicide hotline and chatted with one of the people but i was too embarrassed to tell them that these were online friends so obviously the nice lady couldnt do anything about it. (the lady ended up helping me with a bunch of stuff but now i feel bad bc there could have been some serious cases waiting for her and i didnt realize it at the time) And then like a day after someone would kill themselves theyd come back and be like ✨🧚‍♀️🌸it appears i lived!!!🌸🧚‍♀️✨and everyone would be like OMG I THUOGHT YOU DIED 😰😰😰 DONT SCARE ME LIKE THAT AGAIN!!! 😳😳🤯🤬but it was the same. thing. every. day.

besides early msmg being suicidal did i mention h0rny? yes, half of us were super underage (im talking 10, 9, 11, 12 - well 12 isnt super underage i mean i was 12 almost 13) and some of us were early in puberty. msmg was full of teenagers that needed some ACTION. But no one wanted to go outside and touch grass (to be fair it was also covid sooo they couldnt anyway). by that time dms were invented so there was no need for private images and everyone discovered that they could “have s3x” by erp’ing! Isnt that FUN??? So everyone was excitedly having s3x like rabbits. Also i was “with” someone named NaCL in like november 2020 and (this is kinda a running joke ig) randumb who was creeper at the time literally SNATCHED his goofy ahh away 💅💅💅💅 like ong? fr? 💅💅💅💅 but seriously my bro said we were getting “distant” and creeper liked him but they wouldnt get in the way of us but then he got with them without saying he broke up with me even though he claimed that he did lmao 💅💅💅💅 (DONT HARASS THEM FOR THIS WE WERE ALL CRINGY AT THE TIME AND MADE BIG MISTAKES also they didn’t actually like him and was just doing it cuz they were lonely)

Jonathan. Earlier in the year he was just a random follower of mine. When dms were invented we talked a lot and every day he would talk about his day his issues stuff like that. We were kinda friends i guess. But one day he posted a picture of his face to the fun stream. Instant frontpage. from then on he just kept posting pictures of himself, sometimes with him “holding” an upvote like “have an upvote” or something. it kinda annoyed me tbh. that was the start of my umm well not hate but hmm. distain? for the fun stream. It wasnt like before when everyone just made a meme and it got frontpage bc people found it and thought it was funny. no. now we have upvote beggars and memepluggers and UGHH. i never memeplugged and i never upvote begged and IM NOT FUNNY so how did i get frontpage on my own? im sure that many people can get frontpage on their own, especially big users now, like if they stop memeplugging people will still see their memes. and if they dont upvote that just shows if theyre funny or not. smh. Around this time msmg also struggled with an 8 year old from canada named Mason. He liked to say “IM SO COL” “SO NOOB” “I HAT YOU” and spam the crying emoji and the sunglasses emoji. He had been an issue in the middle school stream but since msmg was more popular i guess he moved there. Before, there was an account he had which was allegedly taken over by his “older brother”. Plus one time in middle school during one of his raids i noticed he was saying some things that made him sonud like he was just a random teenager trolling so i said “LOL YOU SOUND LIKE A TRIGGERED 12 YEAR OLD!! ARE YOU A TROLL” and he turned off caps lock for a minute and replied “you found out my secret dont tell anyone” AND I REPLIED “WHAT” 💅💅💅💅 so im pretty sure mason wasnt just one person he was just a bunch of trolls who wanted to bring the concept of mason back every now and then. but when he did come back i did take him out of many anger phases he had because i always pep talked him and stuff.

Unfortunately during the entirety of 2020 to mid 2021 i had developed a horrible horrible thing. Del language. For all my words, “ck” was turned to “cc” so it was walcc, talcc, etc. instead of “no” i said “nu”. Instead of “yes” i said “ye”. i wasnt smart enough to realize lmao meant laughing my ankle off so i spammed “XD” and “LOL” so it was like “XDDDDDD LOLOLOLOLOL!!!!!!1!!!!1!” (i’ve lost count of the times someone asked me if i was high when i said that) not to mention i was super obsessed with hamilton and when i was to swear i would say “glitter” or “sparkle” and i said owo and uwu and TwT and (my favorite at the time) =w= all the time so it was just a huge cringy mess. Plus i got no sleep every day like i literally went to sleep at like 3:30 am and had to wake up at like 5 so i was running around sleep deprived and i was just a mess guys. Like i still say “huggo” now because its a del thing but i dont say “coolio” or “stabbo” (me scratching myself with a hunk of plastic dont ask guys i was in a really bad place) or “nu” or “smol” or “wot” because those words honestly sound so so cringy. And the worst part was people still had “crush”es on me despite the cringe! Like how could you like someone so immature and cringy and childish. Thats like, having a crush on a 5 y/o or something. It didnt help that i was a mess irl and nothing like how i was on imgflip (i am just like how i am on here irl now because over time being del did help me but back then i was nothing like that). I had really ugly glasses, because of quarantine my hair grew out super long but it was kinda tangled, i looked really crusty with a mask on, i didnt have a sense of fashion and wore really dark clothing too (like i had really ugly shirts and the problem is i cant get rid of them because i still fit them so my mom wont let me), i had no friends, i didnt know what skincare was,... it was so bad. Also that was the time i bodyshamed myself harder than i ever did. Like yall know i bodyshamed myself since i was 5 bc of my leg muscles and huge thighs but only during the summer of 2022 i took action by starving myself and then everything evened out so now my legs are slightly more proportional. Okay it wasnt that bad i guess its because my arms have like no muscle so theyre really unproportional compared to my legs. Okay im gonna end this paragraph because im making it sound like i look better n o w . i did change a lot but it doesnt mean my face did too 💀at least its clear and acne free

So anyways the alt raid started in 2020 as well. One day they just started and never stopped. Obviously im pretty sure its not just this one person who did it all along i bet some people joined in because to be fair anyone could make one of those alts all you need is a temporary email and a disturbing username. But im fairly surprised theyre still going on today. Like three years guys?? woah. anyways theyre literally the reason i have stream follows off because one time i literally got 200 notifications and i opened the notifications and it was just a single notification with a bunch of stream follows and i had no other notifications than that so i was really zad which is why i turn it off. And now i only get 20 or so notifications when i come back from school every day but at least theyre not bc someone followed my stream.

we also had these things where msmg would all play paper.io together it was so cute and wholesome 🥺 and not to brag but i literally kept beating everyone and one time i literally killed everyone and got 100% and trainwatcher got upset in a silly way and it was so funny!!! thank you so so so so so much to the paper.io players back then i miss those days it was just such an adorable thing lol and if it was still like that i would not be leaving i would be staying i would be online every single minute because its not just that we played paper.io its because of the people i played it with.
