Yes, that is exactly why you shouldn't kill it. There must be something wrong with you if you think it's acceptable to kill an adorable, cute, cuddlable, huggable, living thing that feels pain and emotions just like us
think about it this way
why waste your valuable time and energy killing and eating it when it'll die soon enough anyways and you can literally go to the store and get way more meat than it'll give you for like $25.82

Yeah but once again you're in the city not in some forest and I'm pretty sure you're only allowed to go hunting in the woods
like even if you have a hunting license I don't think it's legal to just pull out a gun or knife and start killing an animal on a sidewalk
