Meh. Darth Vader is the worst here. Not only did he kill his wife, but he also left his mother for dead, killed his master, destroyed entire planets as stated, making him kill MILLIONS of children, then not to mention in revenge of the sith, towards the end we see him kill off young jedi who were around the age of I would say 7-9. THEN he tried MULTIPLE times to kill off his own son.
