That's Phantom Ganon he spawns after you kill all the gloom hands. He Is hard to beat at heck bro. I died like seven times trying to get him down to half health.
For those that don't get it, the gloom hands are giant hands that come out of the ground in groups of five, and will grab you constantly and deal gloom damage, and have tons of health.
