Definitely true. I tried a costco cake and I cannot tell you how much chemicals or shit I have no clue how to pronounce was on the ingredients list. It tasted..okay. I also tried a cake from a small family-owned shop that was homemade, they even grew the wheat and made the flour themselves, and it tasted AT LEAST 10x better than the costco one.
