Inkmatas can't swim so she makes sandcastles

I'm gonna make a solution that'll make water safe for Inklings and Octolings

Inkmatas: There was an substance in the human times called Aerogel that could stop water from wetting the body... but we don't know how to make it

WD: That's called a towel.

Blook: I don't think it's as simple as a towel, since that can still soak in water and be deadly to them.

Eggy: I want it to basically make exactly like regular water, but safe for Inklings and Octolings, not so you won't get wet.
It'll be a bit hard, but it'd be worth it!
