but it will never make it to fully suround the circle there will always be extra space.
The perimeter of the circle is 3 times the raidius but not fully is will always have the small area that you cant fill with the raidius so thats why the first 10 digits of π is 3.141592653 and it will continue for trillions more because it will never finish the circle fully.

Pi isn’t perimeter. Allow me to explain,
Not all circles have a diameter of 1, therefore not all circles have a perimeter of 4. But all circles no matter what (given they are a legit circle) have pi, as 3.141…..
