What about having it so that it's a specific ratio of downvotes to upvotes, so that images with a lot of upvotes don't get marked as low rated?
For example if, let's just say about 15-30% or more of the votes on the image are downvotes, then it would be marked as low rated?
Just an idea to make it easier and such

Umm, I'm pretty that's the same thing as having the downvote counter they had since 2011, that will make users quit furthermore than what they had in 10 years ago due to poor creative quality on memes and gifs. That will get into another argument against and will permanently go out of business and will not come back again.
