they should really have a thing where if you click on a thing to comment, the border is red instead of grey and there's a reminder text that says "Your comment ability has been disabled for X amount of time" so that like if my comment perms have been disabled for 24hrs and I go to sleep and wake up and forget about it, I won't type a whole essay for one comment. whatever
