Where is Stalin

Stalin wasn’t an Axis leader. There was just a treaty of convenience offered by the Nazis, until they attacked the east.
Germany, Italy and Japan were the axis powers (until the Italians hanged Mussolini and changed sides).

If you also saw my other recent trio meme here, Franco was allied to Hitler, but chose to keep Spain neutral in wwii.

Only after Hitler invaded the USSR though. Stalin always knew Hitler would turn against him, but did sign a treaty with Hitler (and carved up Poland).

Some people still simp for Hitler. A whole nation skimped for Hirohito. Mussolini had a lot of simps for a while.
