In many cases yes, but not without due process.

If you are treated for a seizure, your driver's license gets suspended... and you can't get it back until a doctor signs off that you are better...

So anyone that takes a MH day should be denied their civil rights. I know you say treated, but there are many that never get treated. The last time I checked driving was not a right.

I'm just saying if they are so careful not to let people drive because of a seizure, why aren't they doing the same for people with mental disorders...

Because driving is not a right and your "LICENSE" can be revoked for many reasons.

Firearms ownership is a Right under the Constitution and can be revoked only by due process.

I get what you are saying...

I do believe that when the 3 letter organization are aware of someone with mental problems they shoulder professionally examined and if found to be a threat to themselves or others need to be adjudicated mentally ill and then have their right to keep and bear arms curtailed.

But only by day process.

If they can do it to them they can do it to you.
