Making alts is not against TOS I don't believe, Sylceon is toxic to everyone not just Alex, she even sent death threats to him, and the only reason I made the new stream was to make a safe place for people, it is true that I was stealing her community but to be fair if she's going to do nothing but spread hate to everyone in it, she doesn't deserve to have a position of power.
