Ohio Judge David McNamee has cleared a "trans woman" accused of indecent exposure at a women's changing room. McNamee agreed with the Defense, who argued the accused's body fat is too great for anybody to be able to see his genitalia. In a similar case, Jabba the Hutt has been cleared of kidnapping women after McNamee found Hutt, who has gone by the name "Daisy" since his arrest, too obese to track down and capture slave girls.
