Ok so: in a calamity AU, Max was part of a race of elemental-human hybrids called hybrids (how original) who were insanely powerful. When he was 7 years old, his village was attacked by Ocram, and when the beings higher than the gods (the terraria devs) intervened and sealed Ocram away to be frozen in time, they accidentally sealed max away as well. 400 years later, Ocram breaks free from the gap between dimensions and max falls out as well (still 7 but technically 407) and he lands by the lab in the astral infection, where he is found by Draedon, who just so happened to want to create the ultimate being, and needed a hybrid. Draedon takes max in as an adoptive son, very shocking to the other scientists and engineers as he never showed any care towards others to that point, and max is injected with substances and given artifacts from multiple universes, namely the full triforce, jenova cells, and determination. Max after around 10 years forges the final fractal with many different essences, which he gained from many different trials such as defeating this universes version of calamitas (not the same one from this streams canon) and at around age 25, goes to find a new purpose, and finds this universe (the stream) that’s a shortened version of it, as I left a LOT of details out.
