They're not really getting destroyed, cuz Ukraine has't advanced a single kilometer into Russia, plus out of 3 million available soldiers they only use around 100 thousand which is less than 3%, and even if something goes completely wrong: they have 6000+ nukes which is enough to turn Ukraine (and most of the world) into ocean
