It seems that the mercenary you sent after the [REDACTED] perished on Isla Sorna. His team was also found dead. Do you still intend to send a team after the [REDACTED]? I think that the culprit of his murder was actually the creature you sent him after, judging by the raptor like claw markings. You can't keep spending money unless you get the government to fund it, and they are loosing patience. I do have a suggestion, however. The indominus died at the incident, and although the mosaurus remains in the lagoon, if we perform the operation well, we will be able to get its DNA. It might make a more fitting candidate for your project than [REDACTED]. Besides, the [REDACTED] is the most intelligent creature you've created to date. It probably flew away to another island or found another escape method. As for the computer you need, I would suggest contacting Hawkes. The mercenary specifically mentioned him after all, so perhaps he thought of him as competition.

Is it the Scorpios? It mentioned Raptor claw marks and flying away though.

Technically Scorpios is part raptor, but yeah it can fly so it's not Scorpios. This document is sort of meant to bridge the gap between this ARG and the canon, but I will post another one soon with more info later if I don't procrastinate. Still though, the information you uncovered about it having raptor claw marks and being able to fly will be important in the future.
