What makes even less sense is that since anti-vaxx is a thing, they would supposedly be killing people on the left because they are the ones who trust them, so if it was meant to kill people, it would most likely be from the right. Unless there is something I'm completely misunderstanding about anti-vaxx but the bar is already really low when it comes to them so I don't think there is.
