Usually, people define a meme as an image or video containing humor that spreads rapidly across the Internet. This has no punchline, no humor, it's just a picture.

The point is that Imgflip has a place for normal images. There is even a section on the Meme Generator Q&A stating that the Meme Generator isn't just for memes. I have seen several non-meme images and GIFs here too.
