*40 foot octopus arm whips just ahead Phantoms head

Phantom- what was that!?

Finn: I. Don’t. Know *panting from fear*

Phantom- you are the only person who knows these things! you are supposed to know!

Finn: that, thing, isn’t from anywhere I’ve been,

Phantom- well its not from here!

???: *dashes away quickly*

Phantom- hey! why are you scared all of a sudden!?

*strange creatures start jumping out of the spacecraft* ???: *slides and turns around to growl*

Phantom- ...Nope! *goes to find a place to hide*

*Creatures see you, and start attacking, then ??? Attacks one jus before it gets you*

Phantom- oh thank god! *climbs up a tree to get away from the creatures*

???: *gets hit and starts to whimper

Phantom- ...poor creature...

???: *starts to heal*

Phantom- or they appear to be fine.

???: *continues growling at creatures*

Phantom- I'm assuming you cant speak...

???: I very much can, and I’d like to know your name before I speak to you anymore

Phantom- uh my name is Phantom...what the heck are those things?

???: those are my sworn enemies, I came to this planet to escape

Phantom- uh...what did they do to become your enemies?

???: they destroyed my galaxy and race, I’m the only survivor remaining

Phantom- oh ok...can I help?

???: first, you should get out of that tree and grab my knife

Phantom- ok! *jumps down from the tree*

Finn: well I don’t have a house

Phantom- true but doesn't it get flooded?

Finn: yes, when that happens I move over to the abandoned ship up by the ocean (btw I might intertwine this story slightly with a book I’m reading rn)

Finn: I hear some human voices

Phantom- really? I wonder if they are friendly.

Finn: it seems like two have left, ones coughing on the river

Phantom- huh interesting

Finn: an alligators gotten close to him (btw this is in a swamp in Florida)

Phantom- ah ok.

Finn: I found this cave back here, it has too small an entrance for those creatures to enter

Phantom- good

Finn: You humans are so fragile

Finn: That happens to us two, but to think, a creature evolved from being strong in the wild to suck fragile little humans

Phantom- hey! I have good hunting and surviving skills! and i can assure you they are better than over half the populations survival skills.

Finn: yes, but you are still a fragile little creature. And one that hasn’t explored another galaxy!

Phantom- that is very true...we havent even been on any other planet...just the moon.

Finn: That is why I have chosen this planet, many of the creatures would never like to come here

Phantom- because we are so underdeveloped?

Finn: It doesn’t look friendly! *octopus babies come out*

Phantom- ew it has children!

Finn: I think it is from this planet, just, undiscovered

Phantom- on land!? there are no octopus on land! only in the ocean.

Finn: it seems you’re vision is impaired, there is a ton of water in this cave

Phantom- oh...wait really?

Phantom- *turns around to look*

Finn: also, how do you think I’ve survived living in this cave

Finn: No, the vampirics look for humans and prisoners, this one likely lost a prisoner

Finn: *jumps out and hits phantoms leg*

Finn: No, because most creatures are hitchhikers, so if tgey can find a ship they’ll take it

Phantom- ohhh ok

Finn: I never expected them to come, quick get in!

Phantom- ok. *gets inside*

Finn: Cover THE HOLE!

Phantom- ok! *does so*

Finn: You did it in the nick of time, there was a vampiric creature out there, if we hadn’t closed the hole you would be dead

Phantom- WHAT!?

Finn: just because most creatures don’t enter Earth, some do. Vampires are the most common

???: What made you forget who anyone was

Phantom- no I meant I have no idea who you are and whoever these creatures are.

???: My name is Finn, and those creatures have not been named yet, all we know about them is they can shift and become different animals

Phantom- that is terrifying...kinda like a skinwalker but...worse?

Finn: Yes, they are basically a skinwalker mixed with a character called Bill Cipher

Phantom- ah i see

Finn: If you can catch them in their regular form they are easy to fight, we got lucky

Phantom- yeah.

Finn: I think more ships will come, follow me

???: you should probably step to the right a little

Phantom- ok? *steps to the right*

???: *leaps forward to snap his jaws against one of the creatures*

???: now who the hell is that! *jumps out of the way of a blast*

Phantom- I dont know! I have no idea who anyone is.

???: *panting* there, we finally got rid of them all
