Before you start cooking you get pineapple juice, garlic powder, magic seafood blend, white pepper, fish seasoning and teriyaki sauce
If you have a rice cooker
Put the rice in while preparing
You also obviously need salmon,
Bring out the salmon, slice it to equal slices(in anyway you like) making sure the scales and all are off
Then wash your hands and grab aluminum foil and a tray
Put the aluminum foil around the tray then go back to preparing the salmon and washing them before throwing them on the aluminum foil
Season the fish with garlic, onion, magic seafood blend,(white pepper, and fish seasoning) then add a little bit of olive oil(Also onion or whatever you season your fish with) and put the tray to the side
Grab a large pot or pan, put teriyaki, pineapple juice, and brown sugar(maybe a little vinegar too if wanted)in while having it on med-high heat and mix
Add smoke paprika and taste test until perfect
Turn off the hear and pour the sauce on top of the salmon pieces
The oven sould be set to Β°400 or Β°525 and then after some time
Put it in(takes like 20 mins to cook)
The broccoli is just cooked in a large pan(use whatever seasoning you like in your broccoli).
