i would say try to see if she drops hints of liking u, or try to drop hints that u like her. DO NOT DO IT OVER TEXT!!! Even though it might seem easier than actually talking don't text u cant see reel emotions and might misinterpret what she is saying to u. set a plan of what u want to say if u think she likes u and if she starts conversations with u try to make u laugh if u r more than 70% sure she likes u i say go for it also makes sure she is into ur gender before u try anything!!!
