Why is there the Italian flag as well as the Soviet flag?

it's supposed to just be the soviet flag i didn't see that it had 2. In places like russia people don't have that much freedom so its like them denying freedom. do you get it now?

The only connection I know between post wwii Italy and USSR was industrial (Italy exported machinery to the USSR. In exchange the USSR sent crappy steel to Italy. It’s why old Italian cars always rust. True story.)
