Its hard to be happy when everything around you is crappy, but its not impossible because you arent alone.

I would give advice, but I need help myself. My ‘health’ teacher doesn’t understand that I have some sort of mental illness and I can’t not fidget. My recent fidget toy is a tech deck, and he threatened to take it away. I have no clue what I’d do without it apart from be bored out of my mind and kind of have a mental drop.
