Can you still call it a library when youve banned all the books?

"All" the books are being banned, or age inappropriate books will be no longer accessible for children?
As far as I know the books are still available, just not accessible to children.

It's nazi hate when children don't have access to age inappropriate material and there is no support for a program for men in dresses to read to children?
