elpruplelaprim; re 'which part of this is woke exactly'. I find it both interesting, and sad, that so much resistance (fear?) exists over this 'new' concept called woke. My point is that, 40 years before we had to call 'it' anything (other than civility, kindness, generosity, compassion), Sesame Street was simply 'doing inclusion'. No fanfare, no controversy, no partisanship. Simply modeling to an entire generation of Americans a way of living that would make the Founding Fathers, Jesus Christ, and anyone else I'd want to emulate, proud.
