Well you see darkseid is the god and literal manifestation of tyranny. He has to change his size when he enters our universe just to fit, also his real form can't even appear in reality, because he is too powerful. But onto reverse flash, he cannot be defeated by anyone other than Barry, because he is a paradox and cannot die, plus he could travel back in time and cause galactus to not exist without any repercussion to the time stream.
