Ig we share the same issues so I guess the best thing to do is probably go see a doctor.
If it is a ruptured blood vessel, they'll be able to repair it

LMAO ONE TIME WHEN I WAS LITTLE I WAS SLEEPING WITH MY MOM (for all you sickos out there i mean sleeping in her bed) AND SHE WHACKED ME IN THE FACE WITH HER ELBOW AND I BLED FOR LIKE THREE HOURS
guys guess what i had a bloody nose at school for 40 min today and since im already exhausted, dehydrated, and have iron deficiency i kinda bled out everything i had left so now my head hurts and im super tired and i feel like im gonna pass out and i cant walk without shaking
