basically ginny is georgias daughter and georgia gave birth to her when she was 15 and so theyre both struggling to understand each other and georgia has good and bad things like shes a good mom but she murders people sometimes to defend her kids and ginny is just realizing this as she turns 16
also ginny is half black half white so she has like different struggles than her all white mom (actually she doesnt have any racism directed at her if i remember correctly but oh well)
its kinda like a reality show
