Henry doesn't seem to have too much regard for anyone in the FNaF 6 location (doesn't know that it's Mike who took the manager position and was fully willing to let him die, while Charlie is getting controlled shocks inside Lefty and you can even hear the pain in Lefty's UCN voicelines) plus he lets all the murders happen, and since he also died in the FNaF 6 location who's to say that he's not inside Glamrock Freddy? He can't run from the problem this time because he's trapped there.

Everything in FNaF has a punishment, and we never get to see Henry's (him burning in the fire doesn't count since he actively chose that and intended to burn himself)
